II. Plug Gauge

2. Working principle:

If it can pass through smoothly, it means that the inner diameter of the workpiece is not less than the size of the go gauge. Then use the no-go gauge for detection. If the no-go gauge cannot be inserted or only a small part can be inserted, it means that the inner diameter of the workpiece is not larger than the size of the no-go gauge, thus judging whether the inner diameter of the workpiece is within the tolerance range.
3. Application range:
